First remove the app, by performing a long press on the app icon until it starts to wobble, then tap the delete icon. If the procedure above doesn’t help, try to restart your iPhone/iPad/iPod first. The first background app refresh may take some time, so be patient. Then press the home button to bring the app to the background.Restart the app, open it and let it have one full sync.The app can be closed by double pressing the home button, and swiping the News Explorer app to the top of the screen.
